This role sits at the intersection of personal assistance, office management, and logistical support. You'll help remove operational friction from the founder's day by handling the countless details that keep a business and office running behind the scenes.
No two days will look exactly the same. One day you may be coordinating furniture deliveries, stocking the office, and ordering lunch for a team meeting. Another day you may be scheduling appointments, picking up supplies, helping prepare for a client shoot, or researching solutions to a random problem that needs to get solved.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out.
