THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Intern to support our team across trend research, ideation, caption writing, and post publishing for a select group of high-priority clients. This role sits between strategy and execution. You’ll help ensure our content is timely, thoughtful, on-brand - and actually goes live. You’ll work closely with our Account Manager and Content Coordinator, with guidance from Tribe’s Founder & Creative Director.
What You’ll Do
Trend Research & Ideation
Light Editing Support
Caption Writing
Publishing & QA
- Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends daily
- Identify emerging formats, hooks, and story angles
- Translate trends into client-specific content ideas (not generic trend chasing)
- Share weekly trend + ideation briefs with the team
Light Editing Support
- Assist with light video editing for short-form content (primarily Reels & TikTok)
- Add text overlays, captions, and simple cuts using tools like CapCut or similar
- Format videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, cover frames, text-safe zones)
- Support post-production workflows by prepping assets for scheduling and publishing
Caption Writing
- Draft captions from approved content concepts
- Format captions for socials
- Learn and apply distinct brand voices across multiple clients
Publishing & QA
- Schedule posts across platforms
- Complete final QA before publishing (captions, tags, covers, accounts)
- Confirm posts go live as scheduled
- Flag issues quickly and help resolve them same-day

- Deeply plugged into TikTok and Instagram (you notice trends early)
- Strong written communicator with a clean, modern voice
- Detail-oriented: you catch mistakes before they go live
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask thoughtful questions
- Interested in social media, content marketing, branding, or digital strategy
