THE ROLE
This role sits at the intersection of personal assistance, office management, and logistical support. You'll help remove operational friction from the founder's day by handling the countless details that keep a business and office running behind the scenes.
No two days will look exactly the same. One day you may be coordinating furniture deliveries, stocking the office, and ordering lunch for a team meeting. Another day you may be scheduling appointments, picking up supplies, helping prepare for a client shoot, or researching solutions to a random problem that needs to get solved.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out.

Responsibilities
Who You Are
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Highly resourceful and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Based in Chicago with reliable transportation
- Excited by startup environments and wearing multiple hats
- Experience in hospitality, events, operations, executive support, or office management
- Coordinate office logistics, deliveries, vendors, and maintenance
- Manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and general organization
- Run local errands and pickups as needed
- Coordinate furniture deliveries, installations, and office projects
- Schedule appointments and manage personal administrative tasks
- Research and solve day-to-day operational problems
- Order lunches and coordinate team needs for meetings and events
- Assist with shoot-day logistics and occasional event support
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment
- Handle miscellaneous projects and tasks as they arise
